To Cooper, with love
On Sunday, we celebrated our Family Birthday. One year ago, we added Cooper to the fam, so to celebrate, we took him to the new dog park in town. I didn't know we had a dog park. In fact, the last time I took him to the city park, there were "no pets" signs galore. Bummed me out.
A few weeks ago, we received the quarterly newsletter that the City publishes and one of the articles talked about the new dog park that a boy scout created at the already existing Rock Springs Park.
Needless to say, we had a blast. Cooper enjoyed his time running around with the 3-4 other dogs that were there (some of which I think he knew from Camp Bow Wow). We're not very good parents, though. We forgot to bring toy for him to fetch. Seriously, who does that? Takes their pooch to the doggy park and doesn't bring him anything to fetch? We brought him treats and water, but no toy. Luckily, he didn't need one. He just ran around the large fenced in area.
I had some fun with Picasa, too!
Can you believe this was our baby a year ago?

Cooper is getting so big! We need to take the Big Dog to the dog park, but I've never been to one, before. I don't know proper dog park etiquette. Do they have to be leashed? What if a dog tries to tackle my dog?
Nice digs. Gave up on your other s/w?
Off to Ct for 5 days with Uncle Nick ~ Lord help me. Love to all. /s
Yay! You made the big move! It's so great to have you on blogger!
